Does it send campaigns?

No. The app exports compatible CSV files for merchant-owned campaign platforms.

Does it connect directly to Klaviyo or Mailchimp?

The MVP exports compatible CSV files. Direct integrations are future backlog items.

Why does it need customer email?

Customer email is required to export consent-aware dormant customer lists for campaign platforms.

Does it read customer names or addresses?

No, not by default. The app does not request names, phones, billing addresses, or shipping addresses in the MVP.

Does it read old orders?

It requests all-order access because dormant logic needs historical last purchase dates.

What if all-order access is not approved?

The app runs in limited recent-window mode and explains the accuracy limitation.

Does it include unsubscribed customers?

No, not by default. Unsubscribed, missing, invalid, redacted, or suppressed customers are excluded from campaign exports.

Can owner/admin see customer emails?

No. Owner/admin views show operational metadata and aggregates only.

Does it edit theme?

No. It has no theme or storefront widget.
