Install

Install from the Shopify App Store once approved, then open the embedded app from Shopify Admin.

Confirm plan

Choose a monthly or yearly plan through Shopify App Pricing.

Approve required access

The app requires customer/order data and customer email for dormant segmentation and export. Full historical order access improves accuracy.

Run first sync

Open Sync and run a full sync. Jobs persist in the database and continue across browser refreshes.

Understand thresholds

Defaults are active 30 days, dormant 90 days, very dormant 180 days, lost 365 days, high value 500, and VIP 1000 in store currency.

Review segments

Open Segments or Dormant Customers to review lapsed VIP, lapsed repeat, one-time dormant, subscribed dormant, suppressed, and not exportable customers.

Export campaign list

Open Export Center, choose a format, confirm responsibility, and download the CSV. Exports exclude invalid or non-subscribed customers by default.

Suppression list

Add customers to the suppression list when they should not be included in future exports.

Privacy and deletion

Shopify privacy webhooks are supported for customer data requests, customer redaction, and shop redaction.
