• Merchants are responsible for marketing compliance and campaign-platform policy compliance.
• The app provides segmentation and exports, not marketing or legal advice.
• The app does not guarantee campaign performance, revenue, deliverability, or customer response.
• Billing is handled by Shopify App Pricing.
• The app does not modify storefront themes, checkout, orders, customers, discounts, or campaign platforms in the MVP.
• Temporary export files expire and may be deleted automatically.
• Maintenance and availability may vary due to Shopify, Cloudflare, or operational constraints.
